Return & Checking Policy

At Headstrong, we allow customers to check products at the time of delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.

Product Checking at Delivery

Customers may check product quality, color, and overall condition in front of the delivery personnel.

Tags must remain unharmed during checking.

If any defect, damage, or wrong product is found, the item can be returned immediately to the delivery personnel.

Fit Check Rules

Core Denim Joggers: Fit check (wearing) is allowed only for size confirmation.

Alpha Series Henley & Mesh: Wearing is not allowed. Only quality checking is permitted.

After Delivery Acceptance

Once the delivery is accepted, returns are not allowed unless the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was delivered.

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Headstrong reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags.
